Truck scale weighing platform design is based on a combination of an airplane wing and the Jinmen bridge honeycomb structure principle, the weighing platform has a high intensity, compact and rugged design with a safe overload protection of up to 150%, the flowing are the characteristics of this design.

1)In the structure, between a cross-section board and vertical cross-section there is a fulcrum, that make a great impact to the strenth to the structure. In view of this, every section of the platform with 5~7 beams, hight 300mm~340mm (platform sizes and the weighing capacity can be designed according to the requirement)

2)the components are manufactured by specialized equipment. U-shaped beam module equipment introduced using the U-cross-section welding technique to ensure the overall strength of the platform. With this technique the inside of the platform is sealed to prevent rust. After polishing, rust processing, ethylene coated primer paint and marine paint applied the coating will be war proof, pressure proof, acid proof, alkali proof and corrosion proof

3)Modular: 5m/6m/7m sections are made to match each other ensuring consistencyy of the product and the construction process, and make for easy on-site installation.
